baseline measurements of your current fitness level.
Why Assess Your Fitness?
These can help you set goals and helps develop your comprehensive
exercise prescription or recommendations.
And, if you revisit them periodically, they can help motivate you and
reinforce the rewards of becoming physically active.
Many of these measurements require the skills of a trained
professional to perform and analyze.
