Assessing Your Nutritional Habits

Your diet analysis is completed using a 3 to 5 day dietary record. You complete the record for five days of food intake and it will be analyzed for the following:

  • total fat
  • saturated fat
  • cholesterol
  • sodium
  • protein
  • fiber
  • vitamins
  • minerals
  • Variety of foods
  • Caloric value of diet

You get a full computer printed analysis of your results to review with your personal trainer. During this session you will get the basics on eating healthy.

The information gained from the diet analysis provides important information for dietary recommendations for weight loss, cholesterol and hypertension management, healthy sports nutrition, overall health, and exercise.
