Stress Management

Stress management help can be woven into the plan during life coaching or you can engage the 12 week program specifically driven to aid in helping management of stress.

12 Week Stress Management Program

Using an evidence based method for improving your ability to handle stress you can engage in this proven program which can be done individually or in small groups.

This weekly smoking cessation program is:

We'll tackle various issues you face in a directive and planned manner to reach your agreed upon goals.

Meetings (individual)

Our first three one hour sessions are done at your location and are designed to develop a solid foundation to get you started in the program. After this, during 45 minute weekly phone or video meetings online (via aim or skype), we'll continue the program from there. Additionally, once a week email may be used for updates or question in between meetings.

Course Work & Content

Using a combination of readings from the course materials, homework assignments, journals, graduated exercise, enriched cognition and healthy eating we will together track your progress across a range of smoking cessation and life goals.

Members Area

In your members area, you'll be able to access materials, program updates, submit assignments, use tools and find other resources to help you along the way.
