12 Week Coaching to Stop Smoking
Stop smoking using an evidence based method for smoking cessation and proven program which can be done individually or in small groups if you choose.
This weekly smoking cessation program is:

Meetings (individual)
Our first six one hour sessions are done at your location and are designed to develop a solid foundation to get you started in the program. After this, during 45 minute weekly phone or video meetings online (via aim or skype), we'll continue the program from there. Additionally, once a week email may be used for updates or question in between meetings.
Personal Enrichment Activities
Using a combination of readings materials, "homework" assignments, journals, graduated exercise, enriched cognition and healthy eating we will together track your progress across a range of smoking cessation and life goals.
