My couples coaching is NOT couples therapy or marriage counseling, I'll leave that to the social work pros. But it's for couples who are looking for ways to improve their “couples lifestyle”.

Couples coaching helps you get fit, decompressed, get organized, and simply get back to that playfulness that your relationship deserves.

Getting Lost to Find Yourselves

Couples coaching is not a technique or a program, it's finding your relationship's soul. It's spirit. It's you getting "lost" in your relationship that you'll find yourselves. Spending time, working on your union, and being committed to finding out what you want your life together to look like from here on out!

Manage Stress & Decompress

Stress is a major problem for individuals and couples alike in our busy, internet driven, I don't have the time, gotta get it done yesterday society! Even though stress keeps use motivated and can be positive, when it is severe enough to over­whelm a person's ability to cope effectively, it diminishes life's enjoyment and may cause illness.

According to the American Psychological Association one-third of Americans feel they are living with extreme stress and nearly one-in-five report that they are experiencing high levels of stress 15 or more days per month (1).

Couples coaching, based on need helps this by focusing on:

Couples Exercise Training

Every couple is supplied with a detailed set of exercise guidelines. 

A regular personal training session in your home and consists of a full-body workout, including warm-up, assisted stretching, a targeted workout to meet your goals, core stability and strengthening, and some meditating/centering.

The style of teaching eventually leads to an independence that you, as a couple, can maintain! (read more about my exercise training)
