Meetings

Group meetings are the core of this program. A combination of education and group discussion the participant will develop goals and gain the skill needed manage body weight. The group format is the ideal environment to get support, facilitate problem solving and share success. Family involvement is a part of this program in selective group formats.

Course Work & Content

Using a combination of readings from the course materials, homework assignments, journals, graduated exercise, enriched cognition and healthy eating we will together track your progress across a range of weight loss and life goals.

A five person minimum needed.
