A - Each individual is different.
There is no universal diet that will help every person lose weight. The idea of "going on a diet" to lose weight implies that eventually, you will "go off" the diet and return to your old eating habits. This could lead to up and down weight loss and gain, which is bad for your health. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to make lifestyle changes that include healthy eating and exercise habits.
A- It is my goal that your experience be a great one. This includes client confidentiality and your right to privacy. Personally, I would not ask a client to "use their body" for my advertising gain. I do include letters from clients and professionals as testimonial and my experience and education speaks for itself.
Many people want to "look good", and that's okay! However, it is not what brings true happiness and is not a necessity for being well and when used in advertising, quite frankly, can be misleading. Showing "buff or cut" bodies like those that are posted on many trainers Web sites is a form of advertising I do not wish to engage in or perpetuate.
